    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, clause 42 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “National Lottery” appearing in paragraph (d). The justification for this amendment is that the word “Board” has already been defined in the Bill to mean ‘the National Lottery Board.’ Therefore, any subsequent reference to the “Board” means the National Lottery Board."
