    "content": "The amendment seeks to provide that the Board shall be responsible for the administration and not oversight of the fund to avoid conflict of interest. It also restricts the potential recipients of the Fund to statutory bodies. It ensures that the administrative and operational cost for the regulatory authority and the Board is capped at 3 per cent according to clause 42 (2). It also ensures that the profits on the National Lottery shall be channeled towards the good cause of the state actors."
