    "content": "I have mentioned businessmen. Let me say the same on manufacturers. If we have a tax policy that does not care about their businesses, we are going to collect more taxes from them. I particularly picked up these two bodies because the tax we have today has made them migrate from this country to other countries. They are creating unemployment and shortage in foreign exchange here. Therefore, we must have a policy that encourages them to earn more for us to tax them more. When I say this, I am talking of a friendly taxation. It allows them to make good profit and at the same time remain with enough for other things upon which we can also tax them."
