    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support Sessional Paper No.2 of 2023 on the National Tax Policy. I laud the good work done by the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. Over the years, we did not have a national tax policy. We have a lot of Acts of Parliament on taxes, but a national tax policy will guide the taxation system in this country. I thank the Committee for the good work."
