Majority of the Members here are good speakers of the English language. Sen. Nyamu spoke of something called Aluta. I do not know what that means in the English language. Mr. Speaker, Sir, pursuant to Standing Order No.105, I request that you allow Sen. Nyamu to tell us what Aluta means. We want to follow her. We need to know what she meant."
