    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the Statement on FKF to have elections next year in February. The current office bearers of the Federation have a tendency to go to court to block any attempts for elections to take place. There is a lot of corruption and many cartels there. We need to ensure that the elections take place. The issue highlighted do not affect the FKF alone; Athletics Kenya has similar issues. The office bearers there are people who have been in office forever and do not want to hand over the mantle to the youth, especially those who are still active in sports, both football and athletics. We need to deal with the issues highlighted in the Statement because this is a disease. It is a Cancer that has bedevilled our country. I thank you."
