    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide one document. Remember that we debated the original Bill in the House. Hold the original Bill in one hand and hold the Committee Report with the proposed amendments in the other hand. The two documents will only become one if the amendments sail through and the Bill becomes an Act of Parliament. That is the only time that we can incorporate the amendments into the Bill and come up with one document. We currently have the original Bill by the Leader of the Majority Party and the Committee Report. As regards the proposal that we shelve the Bill at this moment in time, we first have to see the proposed amendments. The Speaker will also have to look at the proposals that will be on the Order Paper then we will make a decision on whether we should re-do a new Bill. That can only be done by the Leader of the Majority Party and not by the Committee because this is not a Committee Bill. It was a Bill sponsored by the Leader of the Majority Party. The work of the Committee was purely to examine it clause by clause as the responsible Committee. So, we cannot put the cart before the horse. We have to deal with it this afternoon. Members, please, get a copy of the Report. Do not rely on what you are told. It may not be true. Members should get a copy of the Report. It has the clauses to be amended. They should also get the original Bill."
