They should also get the original Bill. Remember, the Bill has gone through the Second Reading and passed. So, the only stage left is the Committee of the whole House. That is where we can deal with it. Justification is also given in that Report. It is not anything we are creating. Every proposal to amend a comma, a word, or a phrase has been given a justification."
