    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, the National Lottery (Amendment) Bill, was canvassed here yesterday and Members expressed themselves adequately. Many issues were raised, that we will handle at the Committee stage, including several amendments. This is an important Bill because this country has had the Kenya Charity Sweepstake before. The Kenya Charity Sweepstake did a lot of charity work because of the money that was accumulated through lottery.
