    "content": "When you are elderly, it does not necessarily mean that you are sick and should be treated as a sick person. However, you can be disabled in the sense that you cannot do the things you used to do. You may need some aid yet you do not have the money to buy it. I believe this Bill will bring a big change. We must also say that we have more elderly people in the society. That means we need to look for ways of supporting them."
