However, I want to know whether I am in order, noting the journey that this Bill has gone through… It was introduced in the last Parliament. I see a golden opportunity to finalise it this afternoon so that it can proceed to the next stage. I know there is a lot of interest to speak. I have listened to the debate all this morning up to now. I can tell there is great support for the Bill. I am sure even Members will be keen for it to proceed to the Third Reading so that we can expend it and the implementation can start as soon as possible. I would like to know if I will be in order to invoke Standing Order 95 so that we can take this beautiful opportunity for the Mover to reply.
