    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. As I conclude, funding has been inadequate through the years. It has not been sufficient to accommodate all our elderly people. With the council coming in, we shall have proper figures of how many elderly people we have. This will enable the Government to fully support and take care of them. With the Government's affordable housing, we can accommodate those with nowhere to stay so that the Government can take care of them from a central area. We know that the basic needs in life are food, clothing and shelter."
