Members, you may recall that during the Afternoon Sitting of Thursday, 23rd November 2023, the House rejected all the Senate amendments to the County Governments Additional Allocations Bill (National Assembly Bill No.23 of 2023). In line with the provisions of Standing Order 148, this essentially commits the Bill to a Mediation Committee to be established in accordance with Article 113 of the Constitution."
