    "content": "important roads that connect our country with others. There is a road that passes through my place from Kibwezi and goes all the way to Ethiopia. It is classified as Class “B”. Also, there are roads that have been done and up to now, they have not been classified. They are labeled “unclassified roads”. So, what criteria is used to classify roads? We tend to think, that classification leads to the wrong tarmacking of roads."
