    "content": "encourages laziness. People just want to make easy money without working for it, which is bad in the first place. To save a society affected in a big way, regulating gambling will not be the solution. Banning gambling, according to me, will be the solution. If you impose a tax on gambling, you are just imposing it on a bad business. If you say licence holders should participate in corporate social responsibility, you are developing community projects through a bad business. If you say a certain percentage of savings should be forced on the gambler, it is bad to save money from a bad business in the first place. Therefore, gambling is bad for this country and our society. It is going to be more dangerous the moment we start regulating it. By regulating gambling and allowing it to flourish, we should also tax drug dealers and get Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from drug money. We should also get savings from drug money. For that reason, I totally oppose this Bill. Gambling should be outlawed completely. Thank you."
