    "content": "(b) Nobody has been arrested in connection with this murder to date. However, investigations were commenced immediately after the incident. There are good leads to zero in on those who are supposedly connected to this heinous act. An Inquest File No.06/2009 was opened. Once investigations are complete, those involved will be arrested and arraigned in court."
