    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. Mine is just a concern that I want the Chairman to clarify. I believe he has enough experience to know that we might pass something here, and it ends up in the courts of law. How do you reconcile this Clause with Article 38 of the Constitution on political rights? Are you not, once again, trying to limit the issue of political rights with an Act of Parliament, and there is a provision under the Constitution? Very soon, once this Bill becomes an Act of Parliament, it will be set aside purely on such an oversight. That is my concern with regard to this provision. Thank you."
