    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I do not know why the Chairperson is deleting this clause because I liked it. It creates another level of security. I ask the Chairperson to consider his amendment and retain it as it is, even if he feels that it is provided for somewhere else. This is just another layer of protection. It also does not contradict any other provision within this Bill."
