    "content": "A responsible Commission, the Commission or any person acting on their behalf shall not, unless required by law, disclose any information that comes to their knowledge in the performance of their duties under this Act, unless the disclosure is in the opinion of a responsible Commission or the Commission— (a) essential for the purposes of carrying out of their functions and exercising the powers conferred on them under this Act; or, (b) is required by any law enforcement agency, after due process. The rationale is to require the sharing of information with law enforcement agencies under the clause after observing due process. There is no problem with the reporting authorities and anybody else sharing information, but it must be shared after due process. It means where a court order is required, that is adhered to. Where the Data Protection Act applies, that again is observed."
