    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the claim that the lists have been submitted to the Ministry and that the IDPs have not been paid, we have said time and again--- Hon. Members will agree with me that while we were addressing this issue last year, the requests were overwhelming. We ran out of finances. However, after the presentation of the Budget, we reported on the Floor of this House that we had enough provision in this year’s Budget, and that all registered IDPs would be paid according to the laid down procedures, and be re-settled. That process is currently going on."
