    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by— (a) inserting the following new definition in proper alphabetical sequence— “conflict of interest” means a conflict between the public duty and private interests of a public official, in which the public official has private capacity interests that could improperly influence the performance of his official duties and responsibilities; “responsible Commission” in relation to a public officer, means the entity determined under section 31A to be the responsible Commission in relation to a public officer; (b) deleting the definition “family”; (c) deleting the definition “unexplained asset” and substituting therefor the following new definition— “unexplained asset” means an asset of a person whose value is disproportionate to his or her known sources of income at or around that time and for which there is no satisfactory explanation.
