    "content": "Mr Speaker, Sir, I need your indulgence under Standing Order No.1; I know that you have moved to Statements under Standing Order No.56(1)(b). However, I realize that there was a Statement on the issue of the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE), which is a serious national matter. The killing of some young men in my neighbouring county is also critical. I need your guidance and indulgence on what point you can allow us to add a few clarifications on those Statements even if it is just for a few minutes. I thank you and I stand guided."
