    "content": "That is why some of us have always insisted on including the Governor in the county security team. We have had push and pull, moved to court and argued. If Governors were part of this county security team, maybe some of these things would not be happening. Wananchi would be more comfortable telling the Governor something than telling a police officer or a National Intelligence Service (NIS) individual. So, we need to rethink the county security structure. Why do we not ensure governors become part of the county security team? Therefore, in all this respect, if there are people who are culpable or those who ignored--- My heart of empathy and sympathy goes to many families who because of this misguidance lost their loved ones.
