I beg to second this Motion on the adoption of report of the proceedings of the first ordinary session of the sixth Parliament of the Pan-African Parliament (PAP). First, I will note that this Parliament has an extremely good name. We all love Pan-Africanism. In fact, we tease each other who is more Pan-African than the other.
