    "content": "Let me begin with the clarification sought by hon. Ogindo - internship. His concern is whether KEPSA is based in Nairobi. No, KEPSA has members in all parts of the country but the programme they are implementing is very specific and open to all Kenyans. So, Kenyans from all parts of the country can apply. It is just like the Kenya Polytechnic in Nairobi. It does not only admit students from Nairobi but it gets students from all over the country. So, I am sure that KEPSA is going to look at the country as a whole in their programme."
