Members invite their visitors there. That place is designated for sitting Members of Parliament because that is where they go to caucus and lobby each other. You may not do that comfortably when you have strangers seated next to you. I also want you to guide Hon. Members to maintain the dignity of the House not only within the precincts of the chamber, but also outside at the tea place. The place that is designated for Members should strictly be for them.
