    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I beg to move that New Clause 3 be now read a Second Time. New Clause 3 seeks to amend Section 18 of the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013. This is to require the Clerks of the relevant Houses of Parliament to notify the public of the annulment of a Statutory Instrument. This shall ensure the timely implementation of the resolution of the House on delegated legislation."
