    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, as a Member of the Committee on Delegated Legislation, I support the amendment. This is because we have been confronted by several issues pertaining to annulled regulations. For example, there are regulations which were annulled in 2019, but they are being implemented to date. This stems from the fact that members of the public may not be aware of these annulments. Therefore, having such annulments gazetted in recognisable media houses will go a long way towards enlightening the public about such quashed regulations. This amendment is, therefore, timely and important. We all need to support this amendment."
