    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, protect me so that I can be audible. There is a lot of movement in the House. The amendment by Hon. Chepkonga was very fundamental. It should not have been done at night. It needs many consultations. If there is such an amendment in future, maybe all Members should be informed and proper public participation done. Once we agree, let us avoid the tendency to make far-reaching amendments and meet headwinds while concluding. With that, I support dropping that amendment. Let it remain that way until we agree on a proper formula. Thank you."
