    "content": "Funding of the national lottery, because I am seeking for it, is intended to support such good causes based on the principle of additionality. This means that there is no sector - for instance, if it is housing, sports, UHC or such emergencies as floods or natural occurrences that we have no control over - that money will be denied on the account that they are getting money from the National Lottery Fund. It does not mean that if the national lottery is providing funds into any of these areas, then Government is excluded from funding these projects. Whatever resources will come from the Lottery Fund will be in addition to what has already been appropriated. Therefore, the Government will deliver goods and services to its people faster, more efficiently and in a manner that we do not have to struggle to raise resources.
