We are living in the 21st Century and I do not know what happens in such scenarios where it appears that Kenyans have lost their money. Is there any form of reimbursement that is going to happen? Secondly, what amount of that Ksh25 is taxation so that we can address this issue from a point of information? Was it a scam or is the Government and the Ministry trying to rob Kenyans through these schemes?"
