I want to point out to the Assistant Minister that he is actually misleading the House. Is he in order to mislead the House because he is saying that the lease has not been terminated yet I have a letter from the Clerk, Kitui County Council dated 30th June, 2009 terminating the lease? It is here and I lay it on the Table of the House."
