Temporary Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute and support the Report on the loans contracted by the National Government between May 2022 and April 2023. This Report is much welcome because we get different answers for some questions depending on who you ask in this country. One of the things asked is the level of national debt. This has become the subject of media speculation, analysis and all sorts of accusations. The discussion turns to who borrowed more or less and who borrowed what and when.
