    "content": "Historically, debts have been dangerous for countries. In the recent past, we have had the cases of Greece and another country in Eastern Asia. I could even take it back to the times of Khedive Ismail of Egypt, who took too many loans and was unable to pay. Therefore, foreign countries, notably France and Britain, took over the management of the Suez Canal and the economy of the country. The most recent vivid example has been Greece, which could not manage itself. So, debt management is very important."
