When you look at Nairobi, you will realise that a teacher walks into a class of 200 students waiting to be taught. The same teacher will perhaps teach nearly all subjects. When it comes to hardship allowances, Nairobi should take bigger chunk of it. Please, consider rent, the very high cost of fuel, and where the teacher is coming from to get to school. They go through a lot."
