    "content": "pressure on the President when he visits their constituencies to an extent that he makes so many pledges thus creating a bigger hole in our country’s budget. We make the budget and we know what is there. Let us not put pressure on the President to create a bigger hole on our country’s budget. I propose that going forward, we need a balanced budget for Kenya, so that we can live within our means. We should do away with loans that create multicollinearity problems. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
