    "content": "After all these considerations, we must also appreciate the level at which we should support or oppose the Government. When it comes to the exchange rate, we must produce what to sell outside the country. We are an agricultural country. Let us support it in terms of what we can export and earn foreign exchange. Let us also look at how we can get resources. We want to see more budget allocations going to agriculture. Are we able to produce enough sugar and maize to consume and export part of it? That should be the position. If we do that, we will increase our foreign exchange earnings and the balance of payment will shift in favour of our country.
