    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to add my voice to this matter, which is of national importance. As you realise, we find ourselves in this situation because of the rising debt and our apparent inability to service it. Most importantly, is the issue of what I might call domestic debt and in particular the matter of contribution to pending bills, which is very key. You will find that most of it is the money that we expect to circulate within our communities to rejuvenate the economy, sustain jobs and give opportunities to the youth of this country. This is a matter that needs to be taken with a lot of seriousness and urgency because it has brought down a lot of businesses and made people unable to do business with both the national and county governments. On the issue of external debts, this is a matter that needs controls and looking at what the Committee has brought up in the Report, it is something that is enlightening. I really support the Report that they gave. I thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
