    "content": "Secretary for tourism needs to market this country so that more foreigners come and bring in foreign exchange. Hon. Temporary Speaker, please, add me two or three more minutes for me to expound on this point. Today tourists come to this country, but they make all the payments in their countries. So, they only come here and spend a few dollars with one credit card. We have restricted how much money tourists bring into the country because we are pandering to the money laundering policies of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). So, a tourist who would have spent US5 million has been restricted to only Ksh200,000 in the country. How do we get foreign exchange if we restrict how much money tourists can bring into the country? Now, we are saying that we are protecting the country from money laundering…"
