    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute on this amendment Bill. I hail from Laikipia County and our problem is mainly water. Once in a while, the rain favours us and we are able to grow crops but when they are just about to be harvested, elephants, hippopotamus and monkeys invade our gardens and take away our harvest.
