    "content": "Kericho County, UDA): Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to support this amendment Bill, concerning wildlife conservation and management. From the outset, human-wildlife conflict is something which has given us a lot of issues. I come from Kericho County and Mau Forest surrounds us. Elephants destroy property and at the same time they are dangerous. So, when we have a Bill concerning marine animals, I support compensation. This is because men are the ones who are mostly injured but the women suffer the most. When the men are hurt, their wives and children face many problems."
