Member for Sotik has said that with his experience in the provincial administration, as it was then before the 2010 Constitution, this was the artery of coordination of the Government services. It is true all of us Members of Parliament who attend funerals in our respective constituencies. Before the final rites are practised, you will hear the master of the ceremony ask: “Where is the national Government?” The person who will come forward is the village elder."
