Tobiko that most of these roads that she has mentioned are not constructed by the Ministry, but by the County Government of Machakos. For instance, the Mua Road was done by the County Government of Machakos. The particular road that you are talking about goes to the church of one of the prominent businessmen in Machakos, and he did it personally. So, most of these roads are made by the county government; they are not constructed by the Ministry. So, maybe your county is sleeping on this."
