    "content": "(Hon. Namwamba): Very quickly, just to inform the Hon. Senator that indeed, there are a number of stadia that commenced under the previous administration. We have done a quick assessment of those stadia. We have gone further also to subject these projects to a forensic audit just to determine the value for money that was put into them. That forensic audit is at a tail end. As soon as that process is concluded, we have every intention to complete every project that has already expended public resources. We do not intend to let any of them go to waste. As far as for standards, I am pleased to inform this House that the Ministry has now developed a sports and creatives infrastructure master plan. We now have a master plan that is very clear on what kind of facility to do at the international, regional and community level. That master plan will guide all future sports facilities in the country. I submit."
