We had a good time, thank you for being such a fantastic host to us together with the Governor and other leaders of Marsabit. I assure you that we have made all arrangements necessary to complete Marsabit Stadium. We are looking forward to complete the works and open it. Regarding the competition in the wards, I agree that Marsabit is among those counties. First of all, Marsabit is an amazing and beautiful county. It is the cradle of mankind, but it has not really been integrated fully in the talent development programme of this country. I am pleased to inform you that the Talanta Hela inter-county programme that targets the under 19 sportsmen and women both boys and girls, will be the answer to this problem. We will be very happy to sit down with you, Senator, through the Principal Secretary, Eng. Peter Tum, who is right here with me, to work out how Marsabit can take full advantage of this programme. Through the Chair, my very good friend, a brother and successor as ODM Secretary General, Sen. Sifuna, of course, I know you. Congratulations for the good work you are doing as Secretary General of ODM. I assure you that this current regime will pleasantly surprise you big time by performing beyond your wild expectation."
