    "content": "I would like to report to this House that we have visited all the nine stadia and assessed what needs to be done. I assure this House that completion of these nine stadia is a top priority for the Ministry and for this administration. So, our Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) commitments notwithstanding, we have placed a priority on completion of these stadia. I would like to also assure this House that we have every intention to spread the benefits of international competitions across the country. This Saturday, 25th, we will be flagging off the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) under 18 Football Tournament, bringing together eight countries across the CECAFA region. This tournament will be hosted in Kisumu and Kakamega counties. We have also won the rights to host the African Nations Championship (CHAN), which will be hosted in Nairobi City and Kakamega counties. Right now, the Talanta Hela Inter-County playoffs are happening in Nyeri County. So, we are assuring you of spreading the tournaments around and making sure that all Kenyans have a chance to partake of this incredible high trajectory of sports under the leadership of H.E William Samoei Ruto."
