    "content": "The one area that I support is the diaspora. The diaspora has been allocated an approximate amount of Ksh1 million. This area needed to have a bit more money allocated to it. The reason for this is that we have many investments coming from people in the diaspora. We need to capacitate them and have the proper infrastructure to make sure that we have actual data on Kenyans in the diaspora. We need data on how much money they are making and the tax coming through. We are not going to get the possible results if we allocate very little money towards this infrastructure."
