    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support the Bill as presented by my able Chairperson. In this Supplementary Budget, the House has allocated sufficient resources to the security agencies; the Department of Defence, the National Intelligence Service (NIS) and the general security of the country. My prayer is that after this Bill is passed, the relevant agencies will do their best to address the question of insecurity in the country. There are criminal gangs that are wreaking havoc in this country. Yesterday in my constituency, criminal gangs attacked police officers who were guarding exams and killed one police officer, injured another one and went away with the guns. As we talk, two guns are in the hands of criminals in Siaya. This is something that this House needs to take note of. The security agencies will have no excuse from today after this budget is passed, not to address the insecurity challenges across the country. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support."
