    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I said, we have requested a figure of Kshs14 billion, but got only Kshs2.8 billion. So, this is a far cry from what we want in order to move this country from where it is economically to an industrial economy. Nevertheless, we know our revenue base does not allow us to be allocated such a huge sum. As we say, the Government has no business being in business. We want to provide the necessary enabling environment. We ask both local and foreign investors to invest in this country. We will do all that is possible to ensure that we industrialize this country."
