    "content": "We have been introduced to a mixture of what we call the global world. It has a multiplicity of issues to deal with, interact, and sort out in order to find our space. This has created total confusion. The adoption of this Report is important so that Kenyans can join the global world in stamping their authority and taking their place in the adoption of cultural heritage. Today, if you travel anywhere in the world and say you are from Kenya, you will be asked whether you are a Maasai. The reason being that Maasai culture, in terms of dressing and way of life, has been expounded and is, therefore, known across the globe. As I said at the beginning, every community has its own culture. The question we should pose today is: What are we doing as a people to promote and revive our culture? When we lose our culture, we lose everything. The world is confused today because our young people have indulged in almost anything. In the cultural set-up, there were defined duties, stages and formations. The mode of dressing for various occasions was defined and there was no need to communicate a lot.
